a. Started the electric recycling program for Kent County
b. Started the colored glass bottled recycling program.
c. Was able to add additional plastics to the recycling program.
d. Started the process for single stream recycling for Kent County
e. Started the process for methane gas collection to generate green electric power.
Tom works for our neighborhoods to keep safe and up to date.
Moved polls to convenient locations for all citizens including seniors.
